Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM BRIDAL BOOKING

A minimum spend of $1,200 applies to all bridal party bookings. This minimum may be fulfilled with makeup and/or hair services.
Please note that flower girls, male grooming and trial appointments are not included in the minimum booking value.

TRAVEL & PARKING

A travel fee of $1.50 per kilometre (return) is charged for all destinations from Melbourne CBD per artist.
Where parking is not readily available at the preparation location or hotel, any parking fees incurred will be added to your final invoice. For hotel bookings, we kindly recommend confirming parking arrangements with the concierge prior to your booking date.

EARLY/EVENING BOOKINGS

Bookings requiring a start time prior to 7:30am or concluding after 5:00pm will incur an additional fee of $50 per 30 minutes, per artist.

BOOKINGS

To secure your wedding or event date, a $200 non-refundable booking fee is required within 72 hours of your trial appointment.
If a trial is not required, the booking fee is payable to confirm and reserve your date.
This booking fee is applied toward your final balance on the day of your event.

CANCELLATIONS

The initial booking fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited in all circumstances, regardless of when a cancellation is made.

For bridal bookings, any reduction in guest numbers or services made within one month of the wedding date will require full payment of the originally booked services.

For non-bridal event bookings, cancellations or changes made within two weeks of the event date will require full payment.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS/MAJOR DAYS

A 20% surcharge applies to bookings scheduled on public holidays and major calendar dates. These include, but are not limited to:
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, ANZAC Day, King’s/Queen’s Birthday, and Melbourne Cup Day.
